Where are you based and do you travel?
We are Melbourne Based! Catering to most of Victoria. Travel fee occurs when the locations are more than a 45minute drive from the CBD
How do you we book?
Once you've chosen or we've created a package for you, we'll send through a contract along with a invoice for 30% of your package. The 30% is our booking fee and this saves the date for your wedding.
After you're booked in the rest of the payment is not due until 2 weeks before the wedding after we've done our consultation.
Do we get to meet our photographer?
Yes! Usually 1-2 months before your wedding, we have a face-to-face meetup to go through the schedule. This is where we give our advice/suggestions on certain aspects that involve us on the day and a chance for you to tell us what's important to you.
When will we get our photos?
Our current turn around time is anywhere between 3-6 months depending on backlog. We have a lot of weddings we have to get through and only one editor. I know its no fun waiting, but we promise it will be worth it!
How many pictures will we receive?
our very minimum for an average wedding (Ceremony, Bridal shoot, Reception) is 800-1000 photos depending on the day. Usually, if you book us in for a full day you'll get anywhere between 1000-2000 photos. All edited.
Are you using professional equipment?
Yes, Absolutely yes. We run a Sony system and bring about 4 cameras on the day. All of our videos are filmed in 4k, if you'd like specifics let me know! Always happy to talk camera equipment to fellow camera-enthusiasts.
